Returns and our 30-day home trial

You have 30 days from delivery to decide. Hang it, move it, see it in morning and evening light. If you decide it’s not for you, we’ll refund the full price of the painting.

• Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
• We’ll send a prepaid return label and packing instructions.
• Pack the painting in its original packaging, with the corner guards.
• Drop it off with the carrier. We refund you as soon as it arrives back in the studio, usually within 5 business days.

Commissions and paintings made to your own size or color changes are made just for you, so they can’t be returned. If something is wrong with them, we’ll put it right.

Prefer a different size or painting? Return the first one as above and order the one you want. Ask us and we’ll start painting the new piece straight away.

If your painting arrives damaged, or has a flaw in the paint, varnish or stretching, tell us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We’ll repaint it or refund you in full.
